Marc Gunnigheim's a brave soul, but good on him for taking one of the most tragicly executed ideas in television. Galactica 1980 isnt perfect, but it did all the things Moore would apply to his own vision. Humanoid Cylons, Earth being contemporary and not too advanced (a far better personification of a shattered utopia than what Moore did. Larson's more upbeat "You got your cake, you just can't eat it"), and "The Return of Starbuck", the protoype for all those Kara/Leoben/Mother/Child/Angel scenes only done in 45 blissful minutes

There's a chance it could just be the final seasons of LEXX with the BSG name splatterd all over it, and Dr. Z's new origin shows little respect for "The Return of Starbuck"

The best part is when you find that Lorne Greene is doing things you'd expect out of Edward James Olmos.
